Sanith de S. Wijeyeratne
CEO and Head of Strategy
Taking control of the company at its start-up phase, Sanith’s experience in strategic planning, branding, and marketing has propelled the company to regional recognition, having been acknowledged as 'The Best Provider of Environmental Solutions in the Middle East - Asia' by the World Leadership Federation at their international award ceremony in Dubai. Sanith’s own achievements in environmental conservation and corporate sustainability led to him being awarded the coveted Global CSR Leadership Award at the global awards held in Mumbai. In October 2017 in Pittsburgh, USA, Sanith was inducted into The Global Climate Leadership Corps by former US Vice President Al Gore, in recognition of his leadership in fighting climate change.
He has been invited to be an expert speaker at climate change forums in Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, South Korea, The United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Oman, and the USA.
Prior to his role at CCC, Sanith counts over 12 years of experience in Advertising and Marketing Communications with international agency networks Leo Burnett and DraftFCB, where he held positions in Client Management and Strategic Planning and was one of the co-founders of the local boutique agency WORDS – as Director Strategic Planning and Media.
Sanith had his Executive Education at Stanford University, Sustainability Leadership education at Harvard University, and holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He is also an Attorney-at-Law.
Kanishka Jayasinghe
COO and Head of New Business,

A graduate of Staffordshire University in the UK with a BSc and MSc in Business Management, Kanishka brings over 7 years of experience in Customer/Guest Service Management, Client Relationship Management, Sales, and Key Account Management. His previous roles include positions at the Tussauds Group, Home Retail Group, London Hilton on Park Lane, and the Waldorf Hilton London.
Kanishka boasts over 12 years of experience in the field of Sustainability to date. In addition to overseeing the overall operations of the CCC Group of Companies, he heads up the Business Development, including Environmental Commodity Trading, and Marketing Communications functions, and further operates in the capacity of Project Director/Manager on multiple CCC projects.
Taking a lead in developing Sustainability Management Plans and Reporting Frameworks, he works closely with C-Suite and Senior Management Teams in implementing sustainability solutions, internal and external communication strategies, staff training, and engagement initiatives.
Lisa Perera
Head of Client Engagement
Lisa holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration, specialising in Management and Marketing from the Edith Cowan University in Australia. Prior to joining the CCC Team, she functioned as Chief Operating Officer and then Chief Strategy Officer at Emagewise - a specialist annual and sustainability reporting company, where she was the key focal point for Client Relationship Management.
With over 20 years of work experience in PR, Client Management, and Business Development, Lisa has over 10 years of experience in Sustainability Reporting to global standards such as GRI.
Dilini Munasinghe
Head of Finance
With an MBA from the University of West London, Dilini is the global Head of Finance for the
CCC Group, comprising of The Climate & Conservation Consortium, The Conservation Carbon Company, and CCC Consultancy.
She is a Fellow Member of CIMA (UK) and is experienced in the financial management of organisations engaged in Sustainable Development activities, with exposure in finance for Carbon Credits, International Renewable Energy Certificates, and carbon project development funding.
Tania Manuel
Head of HR & Administration
With a track record of over 25 years in HR and Administration, Tania brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company, overseeing all aspects of Corporate Affairs, HR, and Administrative functions.
She also operates as the Secretary to the Board of Directors and is in charge of coordinating Legal, Company Secretarial, and all other regulatory aspects for the CCC Group of Companies.

Nimal Perera
With over 20 years of experience, Nimal is a Senior Technical Consultant specialising in energy management services. His experience ranges from conducting energy audits to providing energy efficiency improvement proposals for businesses, including offices, hotels, hospitals and factories. Some of his clients include the Sri Lanka Ministry of Environment, Japan International Corporation Agency, British Council, and Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority. Nimal was a former President and is a current board member of the Sri Lanka Energy Managers Association.

Dr. Sampath Wahala
Dr Wahala is a Senior Lecturer Eco Business Management Programme -Faculty of Management Studies, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, is The Chairman of Sri Lanka Accreditation Board for Conformity Assessment and is an Executive Committee Member of the Life Cycle Assessment and Design for Sustainability Network. Sampath is a Lead Consultant for the GHG Mitigation Assessment for the Third National Communication for the UNFCCC under the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of Sri Lanka. He has been trained on Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA). He holds an M.Sc and a PhD from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura

As the Founder Director of SheConsults, Aruni has extensive knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks as demonstrated by the list of award winners at international and local award competitions. Thirumagan Sri
Sri has more than 20 years of experience in the IT Industry and over the years held positions from Systems Analyst to Director. Even though his background was in IT, since December 2004, he has been involved in Environmental markets and Carbon Trading. He was the architect behind the developments of Asia Carbon Exchange, an online carbon credit trading platform for CERs, and Asia Carbon Registry for both regulated and voluntary carbon credits for offsets programs.
A resident of Singapore, Sri holds a Master of Science degree from University of Southern New Hampshire and has extensive work experience in South East Asia and South Asia regions.
